About Lewis

Lewis is a young musician who performs across the UK in concerts on both the electronic and theatre organs in which he won the Young Theatre Organist of the Year in 2016. Also playing locally across the East Riding in churches for weddings and other services. And enjoys pushing the limts of what the organ can do not only as a solo instrument, but more recently accompanying musicals. 

Joining the Hull Musical Theatre Company in September of 2019 has gone on to accompanying concerts on the Roland AT900c organ as well as playing the piano and keyboards in their shows of "9 to 5", "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat", "Into the Woods" and " The Great Britosh Bake Off". Most recently being the MD of their Junior section in concerts and shows, " Matilda Jr.", "Peter Pan" and "Little Shop of Horrors".

He was also the MD and only musician in Ginger Greens Production of "Carousel" in Hull Truck 2022, and also accompanied the one women show, " Our Gracie ".

which showed what could be achieved playing everything Live.  The use of the organ in musicals has also featured in State of the Arts productions of "Les Miserables", "Oliver", " The Wizard of Oz" and the Regional Premier of "Beauty and the Beast" along with the addition of a drummer.

As well as musicals, in recent years, Lewis has continued to regularly play in concerts across the country, and looks forward to getting the organ heard in new venues, and more importantly new audiences.

He hopes you enjoy the wide variety of sounds as well as the mixture of music and styles on both Electronic and theatre organs.
