Here are a few details about our Society in case you have come upon us for the first time.
For over 40 years we have been presenting monthly concerts at our venue of Cheadle Social Club, but in actual fact the Society was formed in 1967 under the name of Wilmslow Hammond Organ Society but eventually change of venues necessitated a new name and committee. We have a committee of dedicated organ enthusiasts who meet regularly to oversee the running of the society.
If you would like to come along to any of our concerts you will receive a warm welcome as you come through the door. Do hope we may have the pleasure of meeting and greeting you sometime in the future. Doors open at 7.00pm and the concert starts at 7.30pm
Admission is £10 per person.
The concert finishes at 10.00pm
During the interval at 8.30pm drinks can be purchased from the bar, tea or coffee is provided free of charge courtesy of the Social Club and the draw for the raffle takes place, followed by information about other concerts in the local area.
A newsletter is sent out to all those who provide us with an e-mail address , if you don't have one yourself perhaps a relative or friend would allow us to send it to them and they could let you have a copy , just a thought ?
